Salad with avocado and egg
Today is easy!
Do not really cook, but more of a prepare meal.
What do you need for 3 people:
- 2 avocados cut into cubes
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 6 boiled eggs
- 3 Roma or meat tomatoes
- spring onions (to taste) – I use 1 per person
- 1 cup of cream cheese (Paturain or ValBlanc)
- Olive oil
Cut the lettuce into small pieces and the tomatoes into slices, dice the avocado, and slice the boiled eggs. Add the chopped spring onion and drizzle the salad with some olive oil. Add a tablespoon of cream cheese per plate and shuffle everything together.
